HPUX Support Technician

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 70 pounds.

Education/Experience - Associates degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school. At Least two years experience with HP9000 and SUN hardware. Technical certifications, especially System Administrator are required. Knowlege of testing, repairing, auditing, configuring and reconfiguring computer systems and software is necessary. A minimum of one year experience or equivalent in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities and Duties - Audits all systems and devices, then breaks down to a bare configuration. Tests, troubleshoots, and resolves hardware and software problems. Reconfigures systems by sales orders and makes sure that system is working properly before shipping. Provide technical phone support for customers.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: (sales)

The Account Executive has the responsibility for maximizing profitable sales to existing and new On Queue clients. This includes all aspects of the selling cycle from leads to closing the sale, and post sale follow up.

Maintain a high standard of business conduct and ethics at all times. Sales experience in HP equipment is strongly desired. Excellent verbal and written commiunications skills required. Time management and organizational skills desired.

BOOKKEEPER

On Queue Computer seeks motivated and skilled individual to take over it's full bookkeeping duties. Candidates will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, sales orders, and monthly sales reports. The candidate should have Quickbooks Pro experience as well as Excel.

The right candidate should know the importance of prioritizing daily workloads, and possess excellent organizational and communications skills.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

On Queue Computer is a world wide distributor of Hewlett Packard equipment. We are currently looking for a self motivated individual to work in our warehouse. The right candidate will be responsible for preparing equipment for shipping or receiving of equipment. Must be familiar with Fedaral Express, United Parcel, and other carriers. Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently is required.

PRE SALES

On Queue Computer is looking for a self-starting, motivated communicator, with telemarketing experience. The candidate will identify and qualify sales leads via telephone and emails. Excellent phone manner and communication skills required. Will be working with other team members on joint sales opportunities.
