Data Security

ON QUEUE COMPUTER takes every precaution to protect information about our members, customers, and visitors. When our registration and order forms ask users to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected by a data-encryption scheme known as SSL. Our servers issue digital ID's, which are issued by ITransact Inc., during transactions to authenticate, encrypt and transmit your information to our databases. When a user is on a secure page, the "lock" icon on the status bar of the Web browser (browser needs to have this functionality) is locked. The ON QUEUE COMPUTER servers that store the information provided by our users are kept in a secure environment protected by dual firewalls and locked cages.

In addition to our online security measures, we also protect user information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to this data.
