Demanding workgroup environments call for an easy-to-use, simple-to-manage, highly flexible storage array platform. The versatile Sun StorEdge[tm] 3310 SCSI Array is a low-profile, high-density, modular storage system designed for fast-growing environments. Packed with enterprise features, such as remote management service, this cost-effective array meets the growing needs of workgroups and departments wherever they may be located within your organization. The space-efficient 12-drive array supports hundreds of gigabytes of storage, one or two RAID controllers, 128 LUNs, and multiple host connections. The highly adaptable design makes it easy to add capacity in single-drive increments or with low-cost expansion units. The system's single or dual RAID controllers and simple Web interface helps enable customers to quickly and cost-effectively expand capacity, adding hundreds of drives and thousands of LUNs. Designed to withstand some of the harshest environments, the array is ruggedized to meet full NEBS Level 3 certification, and the air, land, and marine deployment of the MIL-STD-810F specification.
